Okay. So I don't know what sets it off, but sometime after I save the settings for who can do what... it reverts back to something stupid. I have it set to where all of you can tag threads, then when I come back to see if it pulled a stupid, it's back to something weird.
So I will try to figure this out, odds are none of you have noticed. But I would like to make sure no one gets the big Ban privilege if they would probably use it out of spite. >_>. (Hopefully no one will ever have to ban in the first place but yeah)

Talked to someone about it and they said I had conflicting settings. Which was kinda redundant considering that's what the problem was. And he said I have too many people with the privilege to ban. I'll be changing that I guess.
